Trauma Informed Healing

I acknowledge and pay respect to the Indigenous nations and ancestors of this land— the Cheyenne, Arapaho, Eastern Shoshone, and the Ute. I are grateful to the indigenous peoples who have lived and took care of this land since time immemorial. I can honor this land by being in right relationship with the Indigenous peoples, with all living beings, and with the land and the water. As a practitioner in relationship with sacred plant medicines I take seriously my responsibility to respect the sovereignty of plant spirits and the living cultural stewards of these traditions. I are committed to making room for Indigenous voices to be heard and to be considerate community members. I will bear witness, speak out, and act in the face of injustice. May we grow together with open hearts.

Helping individuals heal through trauma-informed therapy and an integrated mind-body approach.

Healing looks different for everyone. I take an integrated, trauma-informed approach that supports the whole person—mind, body, relationships, and overall well-being.
